Glenisla Kilts was formed in 1979 by Mr John Fitzpatrick.  They established a strong reputation as a leader in the manufacturing of pleated garments.  In 2001 John Culbert and four other employees took ownership of the factory and began the journey to become what we know Glenisla to be today.

Under the leadership of John, Scott, Tommy and Mary Glenisla is now the largest producer of Scottish Traditional kilts and work closely with and supply high-end garments to world renowned fashion houses such as Burberry, Prada, Margaret Howell and many more.
